Pre-TennoCon Twitch Drops Must-Do: RELINK ACCOUNTS!

Hello future TennoCon viewers! 

We’re here to remind you that...

RELINKING your Twitch and Warframe accounts is NECESSARY to receive this year’s TennoCon Twitch Drops. If you have not relinked since Twitch Drops 2.0 please do so now. 

Even if you have had your accounts linked for a while, the release of Twitch Drops 2.0 made it necessary to relink your accounts in order to participate in Drops.

NOTE:

• If you have relinked your account since the release of Twitch Drops 2.0 and have been successfully receiving drops you do not need to relink. 
• If you are on console you can check link status here: https://www.warframe.com/user
• Considering the size of TennoCon viewership, inbox drop sends may be a bit delayed. Please be patient as our servers work overtime to send you yours goods! 
• If you wish to test to make sure your accounts are linked, you can do so by participating in our current Drops Campaign: 

Here’s how to relink:

• Log into the correct Twitch account at https://www.twitch.tv/ that you use to watch Warframe streams
• Unlink Warframe to Twitch by clicking https://www.warframe.com/twitch/unlink_action
• Go to https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections, then find Warframe listed under OTHER CONNECTIONS, click DISCONNECT and then confirm by clicking Yes, Disconnect

• Log into https://www.warframe.com/ with the desired account/platform to wish to receive the drop on
• Go to https://www.warframe.com/user and click the ‘LINK ACCOUNT'

• Verify both Twitch is linked by checking https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections and make sure Warframe is listed in the "OTHER CONNECTIONS" section
• Verify the Warframe side by checking https://www.warframe.com/user (it should say "Linked to USERNAME") and display your Twitch username
• You’re all set!

Again, it is very important that even if you have had your accounts linked before Twitch Drops 2.0 that you RELINK again in order to receive the TennoCon Twitch Drops.

You should be in the clear! If you received drops from the latest campaign you are fully connected.

Good to have a reminder @[DE]Danielle you guys should, and probably will remind people during the stream, but better be safe than sorry. Make sure it get said alot. People will be quick to complain if it doesn't work.

Hypothetically we can test w the first tennocon drop, then you have how ever long to try every half hour to get it working if it doesnt at first.

thank you for the reminder and all that but have you guys ever thought about maybe coming up with the way so we don't have to relink our accounts every single year to do this would be less of a hassle but I still I understand thank giving people reminders for this but I just think that if you could figure out the way that you know make it where you don't have to do this every single year it would be nice

Twitch Drops 2.0 is a Twitch thing. DE has nothing to do with that. Take it up with Amazon for changing the drops system :P
