Jenali Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 Anyone I've asked about a person's starting Frame having their abilities, all say that they started with them. But my starter Volt is missing Speed and Electric Shield. Someone told me to submit a bug report on it.
GeoffFromAccounting Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 so you're missing his two actually useful skills? well, I have to things to say: A) I would ONLY use Volt for mastery until he gets fixed because right now he's useless B) keep searching, double and triple check and if they're STILL not there, send in a support ticket or just farm for them (farming is not recommended)
