Watching stream for more than 30 minutes before 5pm EST, but wasn't allowed to claim the Gunblade.

I tried to claim the gunblade shortly after 5pm hit, after having consistently watched the stream for hours, and it told me I couldn't claim it anymore because it was already expired. I didn't realize I had to both get 30 minutes of progress, and claim the gunblade as well, before 5pm hit.
