I didn't get some of my TENNOCON 2021 rewards

I have my Amazon prime and twitch linked to my Warframe account and I have not received any drops. They say claimed but I didn’t receive anything in game. It says that I am linked. I tried unlinking everything and relinking them and I have still received nothing.

same thing here, i got them claimed on my twitch account but i recieved only loki, fun fact my gf who lives with me recieved 2 vastilok and didn't even watch the stream

Just tossing my hat in, twitch shows I claimed both the Vastilok and Loki with a linked account, but I have not received either.

 

Edit: unlinked and re-linked as recommended later in this thread and everything showed up.

i've got the notification in the twitch inbox for the vastilok, but nothing to reclaim or ingame.

The 24 claim time limit caused me to miss out on the loki/vastilok. I watched the steam from begging to end, but had to work hopping to claim the rewards the next day. Nope. Now they just sit in my inbox mocking me. A trophy behind a case I can never take home. 😓

Same situation as others, claimed them on twitch but nothing has shown up ingame (mail or items).

I linked a little over a month or so ago and saw they said if you did it after feb 2021 you'd be good. Don't know if I should unlink and relink or if that will screw things up even worse haha.

In the same boat as everyone else, re-linked my account and claimed the items on twitch and still haven't received loki or the gunblade. Put in a ticket about the issue a few days ago and still got no response.

I got the Tannukai collection but as of yet no Loki Prime nor the Vastilok. Sometimes things can take a while. I am patient as long as I get them eventually :)

Edit: Alright I just re-linked my Account to twitch.tv and instantly had my Vastilok and Loki Prime on my next login.

Just go to your Account Management UNLINK from Twitch and immediately LINK again. - Done.

I claimed both Vastilok and Loki prime on twitch but still nothing received in game. Please DE can you do something like you did last year for Hydroid and Athodai ? I would be very sad not to get my drops

Relinking actually works, i tried it, someone on a other post posted : All I did was unlink my Twitch account, then log out of my Warframe account on my PC from the browser. Then, log back in and re-link my accounts. Once I did that, I got a message in game saying I had 7 new unread messages, and I had Loki Prime as well as the Vastilok.

I got my stuff now, should have done it before lol. Dont forget, you need to unlink in the Warframe Account too and relink.

I claimed both Loki and Vastilok in twitch drops, received in game only Loki. It wouldn't be a problem if Vastilok would be farmable in game, but I don't want to wait few years for weapon as it was with people who missed Athodai before they were able to get their hands on it.

Same thing happened to me with an umbra forma,i thought i could claim it later,but by the time i got to it,24 hours were gone

I watched all of tennocon 2021 and made sure to relink my accounts, but I still haven't received my vastilok or loki prime even though i already claimed them on twitch
