I didn't get some of my TENNOCON 2021 rewards

I have my Amazon prime and twitch linked to my Warframe account and I have not received any drops. They say claimed but I didn’t receive anything in game. It says that I am linked. I tried unlinking everything and relinking them and I have still received nothing.

I am not sure then. Perhaps you got logged out by mistake? Otherwise its just a bug with the timer and there is nothing that can be done.

Did you check your arsenal for them? There is no message saying you got them.

Have you unlinked and relinked your account in the last few months?  I had a similar problem, relinking properly configured my Warframe-Twitch connection and got my drops.

I am in the same boat, claimed both via twitch, yet i only have Loki (non-prime) and no Vastilok... 😒 please help

BIG NEWS! I got my drops! Thanks for the help, that is exactly what I did and I got them when I re-logged into warframe.

I didn't receive it either, it says linked account and that it is claimed but it's not on my inventory :(

I'm running into the same problem. I watched the Tennocon via mobile but feel back asleep about an hour in as it started at around 12 am in my time. I was able to claim Loki Prime in my twitch inventory (Hasn't arrived in-game though) but it told me the Vastilok was no longer available and disappeared when I refreshed. Was the Vastilok limited to a certain timeframe?

I thought i claimed loki prime during the stream and never got anything im very confused because i tried linking and unlinking and restarting and got nothing

I watched stream for roughly 3 hours, went to sleep and by the morning I got armor set by ingame mail, Vastilok by Twitch inventory (did not log in to check for it yet).

Loki Prime was listed in Twitch Inventory as "no longer available", however, so I got no Loki. I wonder if it's supposed to be this way.

Just rcv'd regular Loki so I consumed it as I already have regular Loki. I also did not rcv Vastilok

 

Both say they are claimed
