Sickening Pulse, great for DoT, but not very effective on "hard capped" debuff status effects.

I tried out this new Sickening Pulse helminth ability. It's great for the usual meta slash or DoT build. But it's not great for builds utilizing "hard capped" status effects like Magnetic. Corrosive, Blast, Viral, etc. It would be nice that for sickening pulse we can bypass that cap but with some heavy restrictions, like the previous added status effects are replaced with new stacks to prevent players applying over 100 Viral procs.
