I dont remember my email but i remember my Alias

Is there a way I can get my email back? I have proof that the account is mine and I remember the password and Alias(IGN)?

I doubt you'll have much luck, 2 factor authentication is meant to prevent people accessing your account with certain details, bypassing it completely just to login isn't something DE would do.

If you own a device where you've logged into warframe previously, it'll tell you the email associated with your account on login (unless you had Creator Mode on) otherwise you'll have to either login to the Warframe site and change your details or remember your email.
