game logging me out when switching from solo to public and cant connect to network thing

hi i play on ps4 and when i switch between solo to public the game gives a "cant connect to network" pop up and logs me out from the game, also when go to foundry or market to make something or buy something or refund build the same pop up comes and it will take a long time to load. My wifi is fine when i play different games. Does anyone have the same problem or have a solution? (i need help)
