Keyboard and mouse partially disabled during Tridolon fight

I was fighting Gantulyst and when I killed it I suddenly couldn't do anything apart from moving with "wasd" keys (not jump, nor shoot, nothing). However, I was able to press Q to select archwing and fly to the altar to try to spawn Hydrolyst but couldn't press "X" to interact. I tried to change interact button from X to Q as it let me press that key before, but I couldn't interact either because the thing is that the UI didn't showed me the "Press `key` to interact" popup.

I tried to alt tab, changing from fullscreen to windowed, unpluging and plugin again, nothing worked. Fortunatelly, it also let me press 'escape' button and I extracted.
