Haunted by headless kavat on entering freeroam

This is an odd one. Been happening for weeks, so not linked to new update.

For a few seconds on exiting the 2nd door into freeroam, I will have a headless version of my smeeta kavat appear next to me, roughly 4/10 times I exit. This will happen regardless of no pet, any other pet, or the actual smeeta being equipped. Any equipped pet will operate just fine, show its armor, behave with normal animation sequence and so on. There's merely a couple of blinks of a headless, non-armoured base kavat in the colours of my smeeta.

Please call an exorcist, or the bug team. Whichever seems best.
