Vanquished sister, frame out of bounds into wall got thrown of corpus ship and mission auto failed

As title states, I was doing final showdown against the sister in the railjack mission, went to vanquish her, and due to the place she had died my frame bugged out and sent me into the wall, then displacing me outside of the corpus ship, afterwards mission immediately failed.
