The problem appears to lay with the content delivery network of the corporation Akami Technologies (Specifically akami edge DNS), which is why so much other stuff is also down.

I got the essential mods I needed, farmed volt prime from the relics, and now i'm trying to get as many of the guns as possible and there is not nearly enough time for me to get all, especially with the outage
