Help or assistance with Gara Prime Access award

On Thursday, July 15, live HOME TIME # 62 (link)with Miss Rebecca and Megan. At the end of the live show, the Gara Prime Access package raffle was held, in which I was the winner (capture)

I've been whispering since then, but have no response to date.

I would be very grateful if I receive any response on the subject.

Hola comunidad, me dirijo a ustedes, desconozco si es el lugar indicado, pero no recibo respuesta alguna sobre este echo. 

El dia jueves 15 de julio en el directo HOME TIME#62 (LINK) con las señoritas Rebecca y Megan. Finalizando el directo se realizo el sorteo de el paquete Prime Access de Gara, en el cual salí ganadora (captura).

Eh enviado susurros desde entonces, pero no tengo ninguna respuesta hasta el día de la fecha.

Estaría muy agradecida si recibo alguna respuesta sobre el tema.
