I didn't get the Archgun Deployer in my inbox after finishing phase 3 of Profit-Taker.

I completed phase 3 of Profit-Taker but I did not get the Archgun Deployer by inbox, I completed it several times, also when I did the mission for the first time I played it with a friend and I did not have the cutscene when they talk about the plan on the table, directly sends me to the lift to go to the valley where there is also no dialogue that should be there, after entering the valley it continues normally, i tried to do the mission alone and all the dialogues came out from the beginning, but still I did not get the Archgun Deployer and I can not continue.
