What is going on with my Kuva Lich?

Hi! So the following happened:

I killed my Kuva Lich (had all Requiems correct, executed him). The charges of my Requiem mods were deducted. Then the game glitched, I got thrown back to my orbiter and my Lich was still active. I didn't get the weapon, my Requiem Mods still lost their charges. The biggest Problem now though: I have no more Lich occupied Territory, so I can't even try to kill him again. This has been the case for over a week now.

Help plox.

aw man ...  I feel dumb now. Thanks guys. It would have taken me weeks to figure out.

I did 1 sister right on or after patch day.. .then I went after other things...   when I started doing sisters again I totally freaked when I had my sequence right and stabbed the lich and nothing happened lol.   Then I remembered...thats what IS suppose to happen lol.
