How would you play glass boss when the glassmaker event has expired a while ago ?

I have a friend who wants to try and kill the glass boss to obtain the sword, he unfortunately struggled to complete and kill the boss, due to slightly different game mechanics and methods in defeating the glassmaker boss, and attempted several times and gave up. He found this battle to be difficult. He also has a custom setting arrangement of buttons on the keyboard in order to play the game, he finds easier to do himself, and some aspects introduced into the game could actually make the arrangement much harder to play. 

So far all I know is you can spend 60 Nora Night Credits on a Nihil's Oubliette (dont know if you can get if you never completed/killed Nihil), the little box you stuff him inside after defeating him, which you can decorate the orbiter with and can tap , and hear him moan about being stuck inside.

I don't know if this is available if you didn't manage to kill the boss and get the sword, or if it is tradable , or when you run it once and face you have to repeat buying it with the 60 Nora Night credits.  

If this is the case, what would add to the frustration is he has spent all his Nora Night credits on what he needed, such as potatoes, and it doesn't seem to earn more credits after you reached level 60, and if there is another way to reattempt the boss battle, if you never defeated him.

There is another item that Nora also sells called "Enter Nihils Oubliette" that lets a person access the boss fight again. No idea if its going to be in the next round of Nightwave or not (next round starts on the 28th)

So even if you never killed the boss during the glassmaker Nora event , you would have to purchase "Enter Nihils Oubliette" from Nora.. and is this item re-usuable that it can be re-done if you failed several attempts and doesnt get consumed at first attempt ?

Does not get consumed if you fail IIRC

Is available for everyone in case you sold original bp or you wanna another copy

The weapon will only show in Simaris' offerings for people who have completed the fight the first time. Your friend will not have it in their offerings since they have not done the fight, and the BP is not tradeable.

One more tidbit, the key to Enter Nihils Obliette IS tradeable, so if during the next round of nightwave you want to be generous and use your credits on the key to give to your friend you can do that. Let them keep their creds for potatos and such.
