call of the temoerstarii glitched

I’m having problem with finishing the story mission..  I’m on signal the temoerstarii.. I start everything  is fine until I get into the ship it randomly fails me or I get into Sevagoth there is two of me one isn’t moving and myself able to do whatever but enemies aren’t spawning and I’m just getting hit with a beams of white light and randomly takes me out for a second and puts me back in where I can’t do anything other then leave the mission and start over… and I’ve restarted the game and everything.. still nothing..
