Suggestions regarding Tenet Exec

Not sure how to start this off, so let me just say this first: I DON'T MIND IF THE DAMAGE OF THE SHOCKWAVE IS LOW. It was supposed to be a cc gimmick and not a Melee Bramma, so...

I just wish the knock-up wasn't so obnoxiously high, especially in high-ceiling environment. Sure it's fun to see enemies flung like popcorns in a kettle, but only for a few rounds before the joke is dead and you end up with enemies that scatter around and delay kills per second.

Maybe tone down the knock up by a lot so the enemies are more prone to be just knocked down somewhat similar to the old Blast proc?
