I got a good Silva & Aegis Prime with a good riven already, so my forced slash proc machine with viral+heat is already a thing. Also a heads up to the people that plan on wait for the high % first, dont. They changed the valence system in the sisters patch so you are now allowed to pick the element you wanna keep, so pick up whatever element you want first when you can, no matter the percentage, then after that wait for the % value.
