Will I ever been be unbanned from support?

So ive been banned from support for more than 4 years. Is there any appeal that can be done so that I am no longer banned. Their is glitch in my account where I don't get the platinum i buy. I recently bought over 3000k plat and its not showing in my account. This is really frustrating, please help guy!

I didn't even know you could be banned from support but not the game. I'm not sure if I even want to know how.

There is a way... let the Ban timer expire and then appeal...
