So I have 3 pictures in the imgur link below. Basically I found the build on over frame for the nukor I’ve really enjoyed. Finally rolled a decent riven for it but having a hard time deciding if it’s worth keeping or not. It’s 73.6% CC, 55% MS, +1.2 punch through, and only -19.1% Reload speed. To keep the build the way I like it I’d have to lethal torrent, when I do that the MS stays the same but the fire rate goes down from 16 to 10 but the CC goes up 5% total and I get the +1.2 punch through. I’ve done some testing myself but still having a hard time seeing which is better. Just wanted to get some opinions from you guys! Appreciate any help.
