Kuva Lich & Parvos Sister group play

This is a suggestion/request that would make hunting king-/queen-pins easier & more fun when hunting with friends instead of random matchmaking.

1) Right now only murmur progress is shared. Please extend this to hate gain within a faction. i.e. your Lich would become more upset if killing thralls in someone else's mission. This allows people to continue gaining hate if someone else in the group moves on to a new planet.

2) Right now there is no cross progress if one person has a Lich and the other has a Sister. Please cause murmurs from Hounds to affect Liches and murmurs from Thralls to affect Sistes. Alternately, allow each player to have both a Lich and a Sister active at the same time.
