Today at 4 pm ET, we will be popping inner tubes and removing the Ephemera from player inventories until the return of this Tactical Alert. Every year this happens and every year the community complains. This is just really stupid, no reason at all to be removing these. Candy cane scythe, valentines wings and arrows can be around all year, but an innertube? What are you crazy!? that'd break the immersion. I would really like to see this ^ come to fruition! It allows for all those who like the listed items, etc. to see them, while allowing others the option of hiding them as they see fit. If at some point in the future we have a much larger list of such items, we'll need a way to keep track of them too; More details can be found in that thread.
