Personal affinity game not working

When i do a mission my myself i earn legit zero affinity I can still get affinity from other plays but not myself

Without any sort of evidence, I don't know what you're hoping for here. Suggest reading the bug report guildines posted at the very top. I'd also suggest reading the wiki about how affinity is shared. You might simply be getting kills with max level gear.

Tried what your saying got no where my stuff aint max level its level 6

All of it?

What are you killing enemies with, and what rank is that piece of equipment?

Could you maybe post screenshots showing your (lack of) Affinity gains after a mission, and your kill count and whatnot?

You're going to have to provide more details.

What frame are you using and what level is it?  What's the rest of your loadout and what level are those items?  What mission are you doing?  How are you killing enemies?  Are you doing any other activities that earn affinity, like hacking spy vaults?  Do you have lenses installed on any equipment?

Did you read the wiki entry on gaining affinity?  If you are trying to rank up a weapon and are using your frame to get kills, then none of the affinity will go towards your weapon.
