Single weapon skins for dual weapons please?

Hey, 

As the title says can we please finally get the option to use single weapon skins like longsword skins or pistol skins on our dual weapons please. I know it's possible as the pearla pistol skins do it already that came with the mesa prime bundle. As it is many of the weapons that are single weapons have a dual counterpart or are brought out dual wield before they're given a single version. I love the look of a ton of the tennogen skins, as well as some of the plat market ones but given they don't work on my dual weapons it's unlikely that I'll purchase them. Surely it can't be that hard to implement as they don't even have unique animations tied to them.
