Polarization idea

Hello Space Ninjas,

I was curious on your thoughts on an idea I had for a change to the way formas and polarizations work. 

Instead of using a forma and changing the mod polarity of a slot. What if it "unlocks" the slot's chosen polarity?

So each slot can unlock a polarity 5 times (Madurai, Vazarin, Naramon, Zenurik, and Umbra)

I feel this would provide more flexibility with builds as Warframes, weapons, and mods are balanced or newly introduced.

It also does not remove the need for loadouts so DE shouldn't see any loss in Plat spending.

I welcome any constructive thoughts.
