Burning Path Ephemera

So I bought Burning Path Ephemera from Teshin, ground for Ember System and built it in the Foundry. I equipped the Ephemera on a few frames but it made absolutely zero difference. Is it bugged because it's not showing up at all? Anyone got any ideas why?

Did you try running with it or just checked it out in the arsenal? It's supposed to leave a trail of burning steps, so it won't be seen by twirling the frame around while customizing the appearance.

blazing step works just fine here (its from arbiters not teshin), is your attachments energy black, each step should produce sparks and each step leaves behind a small flame (not like nezha's fire walker)

It's an older ephemera and not very prominent like the newer ones. Every step leaves behind a small flame so unless you turn the camera 180 degrees whilst running you probably won't notice it yourself.
