Veiled Riven Cipher is not being offered this week from Teshin?

Did this low key get changed from being offered each week to some rotation? From what I can tell it's been there to purchase once a week since being introduced with the 30.5 update which aligns with the update notes verbiage "Veiled Riven Cipher (one a week)". The wiki description even though it's just the wiki "A single Veiled Riven Cipher can be purchased from Teshin's Steel Path Honors Shop at any time, although only once per week." This week is only 30k Endo. 

Anyone know what's up there?

Think it resets a week after you bought your 1st one, like rivens for slivers. So if you bought your first ever one on a Wednesday it'll be available every Wednesday.

Ive found it doesnt reset the same time his inventory resets. which is odd but i usually see it enter on tuesdays

Ok, that would make sense. Just checked after the weekly reset and it's not there. Was about to freak out again.
