Lephantis (head one) Stopped Attacking Permanently After Using Nyx's First Ability

Upon zapping Lephantis{head one) with Nyx's first Ability (mind control) it permanently pacified it. my mind control is rank three and lasts 30 seconds; I had no mods that would enhance that time. I tested two times and both times head one became passive, thus ruining the mission.
