Wen the Panzer Vulpaphyla dies and goes to its larva state fetch stop working, I believe that’s intended but if you are on Yarelis Merulina and it revives fetch will not reactive until you hop off Merulina. 2. If on Merulina you cannot activate or deactivate Gloom, and it’s life steal does not work with weapons while on Merulina but her abilities will still life steal and Gloom will still slow.
