I_Bl00dy Posted August 9, 2021 Share Posted August 9, 2021 The medallions display starts duplicating icons if you back out from the Syndicates tab and go look at them again. It doesn't trigger from going back to look the other Syndicates, but if you back out further than that and go back into the syndicates; it duplicates for every time that you do that.
