Damage Number Comma's not appearing

Am I an idiot/doing something wrong?

I was browsing Youtube and found out that apparently damage numbers now have commas indicating decimal places. I've discussed this with some of my friends and it seems updating the game just automatically placed them there for them. Could anyone give me a hand?

Different countries have different ways of separating decimals and groups of number. Perhaps you were watching videos from people based in different countries or the game is now paying attention to the numbers settings in Windows.
