can someone help me the mission keeps telling me to build odonata but i dont have any components

At the very least, if you've accidentally sold it, Simaris will tell you. If you check Simaris and he won't sell you it, then you never got it in the first place.

If you're a new player, the mission continues to 3 locations of excavator missions. If it doesn't, please contact support.

It should have you go do certain missions to get the blueprints, but if not and if you accidentally sold them, you can buy replacement components in any relay from Cephalon Simaris's exchange. Downside is that it'll cost you 125,000 standing, which could take a couple days to farm for.
