Tenet melee weapons not changing bonus element % from one rotation to another

DESCRIPTION: i go to ergo glast at any relay and find the same bonus element % in each melee weapon every rotation. For example, "Tenet grigori" with "38% status" every rotation; i've taken captures of 4 rotations until today. I tried to solve it reinstalling the game but nothing changed.
REPRODUCTION: go to any relay and talk to ergo glast
EXPECTED RESULT: see in each rotation different bonus element % of every melee weapon
OBSERVED RESULT: see the same bonus element % every rotation
REPRODUCTION RATE: everytime.
