Constant Network Connection Error

I have my PlayStation 5 hooked up to a nighthawk router directly using an ethernet cable and every day my game freaks out at random times due to a network connection issue.  It has even closed and crashed the game on several instances.  Is there a setting or something I can change, either in game or in my router settings, that can help alleviate this issue?

I'm hardwired on a PS4, and I get the message, but nothing ever happens. The ethernet is directly from the Verizon router to the console. I never crash or anything so that's odd. 

Make sure your playstation isn't dirty or check the display settings like some of that cosmetic stuff like high particle effects can add extra load and strain.
