Clan Triglav, a community based in Central Europe time zones, is happy to enter this Summer Dojo Contest :)
Here to participate and to share room ideas.

And a quick note! Not for DE but for players checking out the Triglav Dojo submission.
Past experiences made me realize I should add a little more to the post than just pictures and videos. I would like to be completely transparent and say that while the resources for the construction of our Dojo were provided by many Tenno, to whom I am very grateful. The actual decorating was done almost entirely by myself. 99% of the Dojo in other words, pretty much everything that is not a tributa was done by me. With that being said, I would like to kindly ask not to contact me or any of our clan members on the subject of decorating your dojo. I am not interested and I will not decorate your dojo no matter how much you ask or how much platinum you offer. Please respect that.

Now that that's out of the way...
Clan Triglav Dojo is a personal project. A Dojo that was made to look like the inside of a chiseled-out asteroid base. It is how I imagine an asteroid mining-colony would look like. Dark lighting, rocky walls, nature and infestation are the themes in our Dojo. The rooms all have their own sub-theme and a lot of extra effort and capacity was spent into making it look dirty, overgrown or damaged. Because to me there is just something off when everytinhg looks perfectly clean.
Every room has multiple layers, or floors, all are connected, so you can walk through the entire Dojo (if you have a few hours to spare).Rooms have hints of work being done, and a few secrets here and there. You will find living areas, abandoned sites, forests, caves, slums, markets, bars, pretty much everything.
But the downside on going to crazy on detail... the capacity of most rooms is maxed an thus there is quite notable lag throughout the entire Dojo. So by Clan requests many none essential rooms have been removed, and after six years Clan Triglav will no longer be expanding the Dojo. You could say this as good as Triglav will ever look. And hopefully it will inspire many Tenno to try out the ingame dojo-decorating options. Thank you so much to everyone that made Triglav a reality!

1. Dry dock /  bring a thick coat, because space is cold, and any dry dock will be a cold place to work


2. The lounge / In the 1st floor of the main hub you will find a bar, pool table, musical instruments, small kitchen and a comfy couch to relax after a Long Arbitration

3. Mecha workshop / here you will find many different mechas and meca weapons being constructed and maintained, these biomechanical monsters are the pride of our clans efforts


4. Marketplace / A residential area and market, where life warms the spirit of this cold asteroid.


5. The Rules Guidelines / This is one of the first rooms our members will see, it serves as an introduction to our community, with our rules, and many game tips, like how damage and elemental damage works, affinity gaining, etc...


6. Warship Scylla / In the back of the asteroid you will find our giant warship, because you can't defend an asteroid with turrets alone.


7. Paludarium / A relaxing aquarium, and terrarium to study the creatures of Venus and Uranus


8. The Slums / When Overcapacity became an issue, so a rush-job was made to turn the old storage area into a temporary housing district.


9. Clan Ascension Altar / In this room the members partake in the ascension ceremony. Be assured, that no one has died during the ascension of the clan.


10. Wald / A small forest entrance made for relaxation and as a tribute to Leo. From here you may enter into the dark woods, the bamboo forest, or the infested caves.

Star Chart Ascendant Category

The original category, based on the Featured Dojo Contest of the past three years. In this category, Dojos that have never been showcased on the Star Chart are given priority.

There will be three winners selected per Clan tier per platform: 

• PC: Ghost, Shadow, Storm, Mountain, Moon x 3
• PS: Ghost, Shadow, Storm, Mountain, Moon x 3
• XB: Ghost, Shadow, Storm, Mountain, Moon x 3
• Switch: Ghost, Shadow, Storm, Mountain, Moon x 3

Star Chart All Stars Category

Clan Tier does not apply to this category. All Dojos compete based on designs alone. By submitting a Dojo that has been on the Star Chart in the past, your submission is automatically included in both the Star Chart Ascendant category and the Star Chart All Stars category.

There will be one winner per platform:

• PC: Any Clan Tier
• PS: Any Clan Tier
• XB: Any Clan Tier
• Switch: Any Clan Tier

Each Clan can only win in the Star Chart All Stars category one time, but there’s no limit to the number of times Clans can win in the Star Chart Ascendant category. Feel free to submit to future rounds!

How to Enter

Take us on a tour of your Dojo here in the official contest thread! You may choose to submit images, a video, or both. Please follow these guidelines:

• Images: Maximum 10 images. Show us your Dojo’s best! We recommend uploading images to a host website like Imgur and sharing the link.
• Video: Maximum 3 minutes long. We recommend uploading video to a host website like YouTube and sharing the link.

You must include the following information with your submission:

• Clan name
• Clan tier
• Clan platform
• Your Clan role (Must be the Founding Warlord or have Architect permissions)

Please keep in mind that, if your Dojo is selected, all players will be able to access your Clan Dojo while it is on the Star Chart!

Rules for Submissions

• One submission per Clan
• Must list your Clan’s name, tier, and platform with your entry
• Must be the Founding Warlord or have Architect permissions for the Clan whose Dojo you submit
• Must not exceed 10 images
• Video tours must not exceed 3 minutes
• Dojo theme and presentation must be appropriate for the community forums
• Write your submission in whatever language is most comfortable to you! Make sure, however, it is posted here in the official English contest thread. Submissions posted elsewhere won’t be seen.
• Do not reserve spots in the official contest thread
• Submissions that do not follow these rules will be disqualified

Rules for Dojos Selected for the Star Chart

Given the number of players who will visit, we have a different standard for content in Dojos showcased on the Star Chart than we do for Dojos that aren't open to everyone. We may ask selected Clans to make small changes to their Dojos for the time they are featured based on the following:

• Nothing vulgar or offensive can be included in Dojos while they are featured on the Star Chart.
• Star Chart Ascendants cannot change their Clan Tier until after their Clan Dojo has been featured on the Star Chart.
  • This rule does not apply to Star Chart All Stars, because Clan Tier does not affect their selection process.
• Clans who disregard these rules while their Dojo is on the Star Chart will have their Dojos removed from the Star Chart. If deemed necessary, increased disciplinary action will also be taken.

This round of Dojos will occupy the Star Chart for the months of September, October, and November 2021.

• Star Chart Ascendant Dojos will be showcased for one month each.
• The Star Chart All Star of each platform will be showcased for all three months.

How We Select Dojos

Phase 1: After submissions close, a group of Warframe Community Team members and the round’s Guest Judge will take one week to review all submissions. This process includes:

1. Organizing all submissions by contest category, Clan Tier, and platform. Star Chart Ascendant submissions only compete with Dojos that share their Clan Tier and platform. Repeat submissions are automatically included in the Star Chart All Stars category, where submissions only compete with Dojos that share their platform but Clan Tiers are not considered.
2. Confirming submissions obeyed the rules listed above.

Phase 2: Once preparations are complete, the selection process begins! We begin by narrowing down submissions to top submissions. The team looks for two traits above all in this process: creativity and quality.

• Creativity: We love unique designs! Some examples of rooms that blew us away in the past are fully stocked libraries, train stations, arcades, and pirate ships. Whether your decorating style focuses on small details or big structures, we appreciate the creativity you put into your work.
• Quality: Only filling a room with decorations will not secure your victory when there’s stiff competition! Be thoughtful about how you choose to place decorations. The best Dojos we’ve seen have conveyed stories and themes. Make the decorations your own!

Phase 3: Community Team members and the Guest Judge will closely review and compare top submissions a second time to select those that will be featured on the Star Chart. During this stage of the process, additional factors are considered:

• The number of times the Dojo has been showcased on the Star Chart. Dojos that have never been showcased are given priority in the Star Chart Ascendant category. Dojos that have been selected as Star Chart All Stars in the past are not eligible to be selected for that category again.
• In the Star Chart Ascendant category, if a higher Clan tier category (Mountain or Moon) has only received repeat submissions, we consider giving a larger tier Clan’s slot to a smaller Clan (Ghost, Shadow, or Storm). We do this to account for the difference in the number of submissions we receive in smaller tier categories compared to larger tier categories. From 2018 - 2020, we received 367 larger tier submissions compared to 1,685 smaller tier submissions.

Large structures are impressive, but keep in mind that small details set winning submissions apart from top submissions. Focus on creating an immersive atmosphere with details we can’t ignore. Make your Dojo a testament to your unique Clan!

    With only 40 forma, we've married efficiency in layout/resource costs and natural beauty serving as a mental health safe-haven for the military veterans and other hard working individuals in the Odd Ones. We have many secrets hidden within our dojo. How much will you discover? Use our transporters to access multiple areas otherwise inaccessible. 
    
    Originally our clan was bare, only featuring a bridge, pond and trading station which was boldly posted in our first ever dojo contest entry. Originally not prioritizing design, we looked to finish research so all new members could rest easy and progress at their own pace. After quite literally one year of researching we finished the most important things and opened our doors to the first non-founding members. The entire idea of stepping out on our own was to create a place free from the chaos and violence of the system to chat, grow and house our beloved clan.
    
    We began as a clan of 3, but grew to 25. Adults just living life that don't want to hear any malarkey about a kick rule. We strut about our home as a tenured professor does their office, so apologies if someone is startled by your presence. Please allow yourself to spend hours idly basking in the warm glow of our energy conduits or icy chill of our glacial formations. We offer sights for the nature-loving aesthetic eye!

Hey Everybody! Threeklaw here from Clan Ravenfox!  I'm excited to share our new and improved designs in this round of competition.  We've worked to upgrade our dojo with new builds and in many cases, complete overhauls of room designs.  Every room that appears in the video has had major changes and improvements, OR is an entirely new area!  We've taken great pains to include countless Easter eggs, attention to fine details and beautiful compositions!

I'm excited to be taking part in the first ever All Stars competition, and once again excited to share my work with everyone. Good luck to everyone, and please enter!  We want to see your amazing creations! 

Three Minute Video Tour

 

Shown in the video:

The Hall of the Bells. Remodeled and recolored. This area has been refined and has a more natural and serene ambiance. It is our main hub for research, trading, and is the spawn point for those arriving in the dojo.  Floofs await visitors with important information about the transporter network. 

Main Hanger Bay:  Also remodeled and refurbished. Much of this room has been improved with new decorations and new vehicles. The large mech and other vehicles that are parked here previously have had many of their components replaced to create a more refined look. 

Dragon and Friends: A new room entirely. In this ruined temple sits a lone dragon who guards it's relics. Floof friends join for tea and cookies. 

Chamber of Remembrance:  A brand new area.  A gilded tomb with the remains of five heroes. In the dark recesses of the tomb are a reliquary as well as Nihil's eternal prison. 

Tea Garden:  In a bamboo forest lies a shrine and tea house. Within, two floofs partake in a traditional tea ceremony.  This area is a complete rebuild of the old tea garden.

The Throne of the Underworld: A gilded throne and ornate throne room. This room was created to replace an older project completely. 

LV-426:  Part of the old Aliens complex, it features a brand new area!  The old area has been upgraded and refurbished with new decoration and lighting. The new area is designed as an interactive presentation. Presented as an homage to the movie "Aliens," it also includes lots of references, hidden items and of course, aliens. It also Includes a fully realized nest this time, as well as the queen herself, now a full size sculpt.  This area pulls out all the stops and uses most of the tricks in the decoration arsenal!

Ceres Platform Space Station:  A fully realized space station with multiple unique starships. As is our policy, all of the ships feature fully detailed interiors and cockpits, and are scaled to fit Warframes and Tenno.  This  station is multileveled and features a maintenance floor and flight deck as well as an operations center and a club.

Star Wars Docking Bay TK-421:  This new and improved docking bay is a complete do-over of our original Star Wars Docking bay. It features properly scaled starships from the Star Wars Saga. This time the Millenium Falcon has been rebuilt and features a movie accurate interior.  The docking bay itself features a slew of details, to include droids, maintenance activity, cargo operations, and of course, floofs at work.

The Guardian of Eternity:  A brand new titanic sculpture of a noble and proud guardian.  This sculpt is complemented by the beautiful architecture of the lower observatory and telescope as well as the mountain and the great tree.  Hidden secrets and paths are waiting to be found here.

Welcome to Slayers of Darkness

Our Dojo is heavily focused on natural environments. From forests and deserts to volcanos and underwater landscapes, there is a lot to explore. Most of the rooms also feature small details that can be found while exploring like caves and temples or some smaller easter eggs. Unfortunately, the amount of decorated rooms (21 + some decorated hallways) has grown to large to include all of them, so we picked out some of our favorites.

We are constantly trying to improve the dojo by adding new rooms or updating existing ones. The Volcano and the Water Garden are the two newest additions.

Good luck to all the participants in the contest. I always like to go though the submissions and get inspired by the awesome creations.

HIYA! 

I build sculptures as a hobby among other stuff, It all started with inspo from a decoration, I wondered if I could build something that could resemble Valkyr ? my clan members would joke that Valkyr is my favourite frame and why haven't I built her yet ! so I tried and now she is one of ten! building something specific is a challenge taking a decoration and making it into something else, I find the process relaxing. today my Gara sculpture is making her debut! 😀 her room is not decorated yet because I'm hoping  Cetus decorations would get added at some point to go with her lore. my dojo is very full and to many things to show so I'm keeping it simple and just sharing the sculptures ! 

I love seeing everyone's creativity being shown quarterly! so many extremely talented dojo builders out there! I look forward to seeing more of your beautiful dojo's this week! thank you for sharing. all the best to everyone participating !

Statement:  When I began this journey of dojo decoration, I really had no idea what I was doing.  A retired clan mate had created some robots in our dojo and one day I decided to add to that.  I was oblivious to what other people were doing in this realm, and one day watched a video that left me stunned and humbled. I almost gave up, but choose a different path instead, to create something more ... to create an entire experience.  Somehow, I won 2nd place in Spring 2020 (clan was called Savage Storm at that time).  On the opening day, many people I spoke to showed up for the Nora task, but stayed for hours (a few returned for days and days) to run around, explore, and discover.  While still featured, I started laying down the foundation for a story and people started discovering those clues and looking for more.  Since then, I have spent 15 months growing the dojo, putting in more story, adding details, and reworking rooms into a massive journey thru a story, philosophy, art, and my personal journey as well.

 

This is my swan song, as I have finished what I set out to create and while I will still be playing Warframe to some degree, I need to move on to other creative ventures and directions. Thank you, DE, for giving me the canvas upon which to paint and tell a story. It has been a wonderful journey. Also, it would be great if my new logo that I submitted over a week ago could get approved if I get featured ... thank you.

Clan Info: Active, International and very easy going social clan with over 900 members. Only 2 main rules no bullying and no racism. Designed for ease of access, with an extremely user friendly layout. Same theme across the whole dojo with full of gold/golden structures and decorations. Even the walls across the whole dojo are imbedded with gold to give the corridors that sleek finish and keep them within theme with rest of the dojo. I am sole architect of this dojo but credit goes to my whole clan who contribute and help with resources.
