Helminth "Empower" ability applications?

Is there a list of abilities that the Empower ability works on or doesn't?

I'm quite curious if it applies to non-duration abilities like Iron Skin, Desecrate and Reservoir.

Everything. All abilities snapshot your ability stats when cast.

I have no knowledge of an available list somewhere, but the rule is: it works on all abilities that are affected by Power Strength.

Desecrate ain't one of them.

But Iron Skin and Reservoirs=> yay!

It works also on Drain abilities (the +50% buff is maintained during all the time the ability is on).

I only have it on chroma atm there is normally something better to put on most other frames.  Wisp isn't a bad Idea I guess though... currently I have her with roar/eclipse/shooting gallery for a,b,c builds I use the roar build the most ultamate buff frame

it works on any ability that is affected by strength.

particularly useful on frames with channeled/long duration abilities.
