Can't use mirage' 2 (sleight of hand) on this steel path mission map

Not really sure what's going on. But on today's steel path daily mission (defense, I was the host), I couldn't use mirage 2 from the beginning to end (5 waves).  Or maybe just the timer didn't work ? I know it happens sometimes, but I think this is the first time where it just didn't work. Please investigate. I used my Mirage Prime before and after this mission, and it worked just fine. Please see the video below for clarification. Also, please investigate. Thanks.
