Problem With Polarisation

guys i polarised my braton prime and it didnt give me the chance to choose a polarisation symbol but instead it went to level 0 again with 1 star and no polarised slot. I suppose it is a bug so i am asking if there is any idea of what i should do :S

Yes they can. I polarized the wrong polarity once, and asked if they could change it into the one I wanted. The day after they changed my polarity to the one I requested.

i opened a ticket now. i hope they can do something about it
