Operator's Powers can't be used in-game;

My operator's Powers couldn't be used in-game, I have been using ZENURIK for a long time so I was farming for VAZIRIN and I have got as many focus I needed to unlock the School. 

And I have unlocked VAZIRIN, after some time I went to a mission I couldn't use my ENERGIZING DASH From zen school but it wasn't coming. So I went back to check if my ZENURIK was activated or not, it was ACTIVATED so I deactivated and restarted my game and activated and went into a mission and it's still not working.

Note: this Glitch occurred on 20th of August, I was just researching on YouTube just to check if this happened to someone but couldn't find any results.

Please kindly resolve this issue.
