nothing much, just wanted to know if it was better to put primed point blank on the tenet plasmor instead of galvanized savvy

Personally I'd go with Primed Point Blank over Galvanized Savvy simply because Tenet Plasmor is a burst damage weapon. 

For weapons that lay on status effects very rapidly CO-type damage boosts are very valuable. For slow, big damage number weapons, reliance on CO-type damage is a little silly IMO. Bump the burst damage effectiveness and you're going to be in a better place, overall. 

If you're going with Galvanized Savvy because you're fighting enemies that don't die in one to two shots then something like Tenet Plasmor may simply not be the ideal solution.

while we have a whole lotta Multi-Shot now, and Plasmor has high Status, Plasmor is still going to expect to apply just a few Status Effects itself, so unless you have an easy way to add a bunch more to the Enemies, it's gonna be basically the same thing as Point Blank anyways.
