Ability Ideas/Thoughts

Here are some ability ideas that could be considered or not. They are not fully fleshed out, but enough to get the idea behind them.

1. Ability once cast turns all affected enemies upsidedown with their head approximately the height from the floor as when standing upright. Essentially targets rotate upsidedown with their head as the pivot point.
Also, once flipped all stagger is removed from enemy so impact effect do not take place. Since they are not impacted by gravity (in a sense) no stagger takes place and affords greater ease for headshots. Once killed they fall back to the floor.
Could also be used for crowd control.

2. Ability that turns enemies inside out, transforming them into something like infested only capable melee attacks as their weapons are now inside them. This last for 15-20 before they die.

3. Ability that calls multiple wind gusts (7 to 10) that are primed to attack enemies. It would pick them up and do one of three possible actions. A. Pin them to the walls and such items the have vertical surfaces. B. Pick them up and hold them in place to be killed. C. Pick them up and slam them against any/every surface till they die. Could have a nice wind swirl effect surrounding them.

4. Teleport the Stalker into mission against his will to fight for you for 15 seconds doing a lot of damage. Resulting in him making you a higher priority target in a latter mission or later that mission. Be nice if using it gave him a 2x multiplier in attack on you only.

5. Ability to create a huge wave/breaker of water surrounding the player that starts about 10 meters away from player. It moves toward the player and as it does it picks up enemies and sucks them into the wave (which you can see them inside of) and then breaks and washes the enemies leaving them about 2 meters from player dead or if still alive, disoriented.

These are enough for now. Feel free to agree or pick them apart. They are simply ideas after all.

1. Could be useful if it can hold enemies relatively still. Sway and knockdown are the biggest accuracy killers.

2. Graphically, ew. Also seems a bit overpowered, DE will almost certainly not give a guaranteed death button unless if that guaranteed death is a very tiny chance. But who knows, maybe they'll surprise us? EDIT: Forgot about Inaros's Devour, but it's "balanced" by Inaros taking 70 years to eat a guy's hog to turn him into sand.

3. Zephyr is kind of proof that DE doesn't really know what they're doing with a wind-based frame, but if they reworked Zephyr a bit to give her basically an on-cast projectile that did slash damage but was visually like a blade of wind, that'd be cool. (this is also me having an inkling of a hope they'll do a full rework of her because I honestly hate everything about her kit)

4. Celestial Twin but worse and anti-lore

5. Could be interesting, I feel like maybe something adjacent to this could work for Yareli if they were to rework her.

Look at new Helminth ability that doubles your status in range (except few statuses, something like this). It's not overpowered because it has long cast time. Things like changing enemies into another faction is something I and probably few other wanted. It's like impact & parazon finisher on some units.

How would this work with non-human enemies / enemies that have non-head weakpoints?

E.g. Chargers have their "head" more or less scraping along the floor,
pivoting them around that spot would make them sink into the ground.

So an instakill for any unit regardless of level etc?

And again, what about non-human enemies? What would this do to, say, Corpus robotics, or a Sentient?

How, why.

The Stalker [even if he is a pushover gameplay-wise with decent gear and stuff] should not be disrepected and made into such a gimmick.

More succ abilities? Sure, gimme. Though I wonder how well this would work on anything but a flat surface.

(BTW, this made me remember Prolonged Paralysis, could that get some kind of range buff or something already?)
