I can not place any decorations on the shelf in my personal quarters. (the one to the left if you are facing window) Item just turns red indicating it is not placeable there. I tried to relog but it did not solve the problem. UPD Problem solved, it was yareli's thing from the quest that causes the problem. For the time being I just removed it.
