Lotus Blessing Quest Bug - Did Not Receive Credits / Riven Reward

Can anyone help me with this?

Finished the 50k credit + Shotgun Riven Lotus Blessing Quest as part of a 4-Tenno Public Squad and received a "Could Not Update Account Information" error at the end of the Mission.

The current state is:

1. I did not receive A) The 50k credits or B) the Shotgun Riven Mod

2. The Alert / Quest for Lotus Blessing at this tier has been removed from my Alerts.
