This has been a longstanding issue with armor effects and "attachments". I'm actually surprised it even covers the Head. Totally would love to see it actually cloth everything though!

Yeah, its not just ephemeras. Special effects like rain, abilities like iron skin, anything that covers your warframe's body won't cover their attachments.

It happens to sentinels too, every time I use Djinn and it lights up to do its precept ability the wings/tail just remain normal and it bugs me every time.
