Flannoit Posted August 31, 2021 Share Posted August 31, 2021 It's not unlocked because you didn't clear it. As for the specter hitting 400 damage, that's not unheard of at all. They're VERY weirdly balanced, and there are a plethora of cheese threads saying stuff like "use Excalibur's Radial Blind", etc. Any frame that can reliably crowd control them with stunlocks (Volt's 4, Excalibur's Radial Bind/Roar, Gara's blind, etc) will help greatly. Bleeding out before the "clear" thing comes up unfortunately counts as failure, not to mention it "froze" apparently, so it would have counted you as quitting the mission instead of clearing it if you closed the game.
