Sevagoth Shadow fell through the map and fell forever also I found a visual bug

As the title says, was doing a steel path Exterminate mission on earth, Acolyte spawns at the very end, kills me, my shadow spawns in and I just fell right through the floor, kept right on falling til the person I was with walked onto the extraction point, Node was E Prime, while I'm at it there's also a visual bug that sometimes occurs after casting gloom this particular one occurred on Deimous, while it looks really cool, it's still a bug.
