Warframe abilities get disabled during Rail Jack mission

Started doing some of the reworked Rail Jack missions and having a blast, until I get to some Corpus missions, screen goes dark, almost like entering a cloud and disabling my Frame's abilities and only using the Mini Map and or Map as a guide, I like the idea, however I do get bugged for the duration of the mission, until leaving for Dry Dock, to get rewards and the needing to restart the game. I love the new Rail Jack missions and the variety it brings to the game. I am just looking for a better solution than needing to restart after such a crappy bug occurring and seemingly only affecting me and not my squad or clanmates

Ive had abilities disabled during normal mission at infested corpus tileset, on top of that i couldn't jump or shot but could used Q for equipment while my teamates weren't affected.

Happend when i tried to revive someone at same time when countdown started to unlock relic and was using microphone.
