Energy Colour changes to green mid-mission

Type: In-game.

Basic description: While in the middle of missions, sometimes my energy colour changes from my dark colour to green.

Frequency: 1 in 5 missions approx.

Details: I have experienced this with Ash, Ash Prime, and Protea. I have seen this while hunting sister murmurs. I have injected Yareli's Aquablades into my frames (Ash, Ash P, Protea) and I notice that the energy colour of the aquablades changes from my desired colour to green (olive green). Usually occurs during combat with a sister.

Expected result: my energy colours do not change.

Observed result: my energy colour changes to green.
