Locked in Syndrome in Eidolon Hunts. Can't Shoot, Chat, Roll, or Use Operator Mode.

A few times now, in eidolon hunts, I have gotten locked into my warframe. I can't swap to operator, I cant shoot, I can't roll, I can't even chat to my team and let them know what's going on. It effectively ruins the whole night because it slows down progress so much. 

It seems to happen sometimes when I switch from operator to my warframe. I tried /unstuck, I tried jumping in a lake. Neither helped.

I don't know what is causing it, but it has happened twice to me today. I googled it, apparently this has been a bug for some years now. What can I do to help get this fixed?
